When I first arrived at the clinic, I was a little afraid to speak up. But when I met the doctor Anatole Menon-Johansson he was so polite and patient to me and understood the problem I had. Although I was ashamed to open up, he made me comfortable to talk and I explained to him the problem that was bothering me and he understood everything. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. He was polite, informative and reassuring. Dr Menon-Johan mason was down to earth, made me feel comfortable and gave me the impression he genuinely cared. He went above and beyond in the short appointment we had. I only wish I could see him for every future medical appointment!

From the moment i got to the clinic i had great service. He was running a few mins late, so he made the effort to pop his head round the door and apologise. Anatole was caring, chatty, informative and descriptive about my contraceptive method and how the implant is 'installed' and how it works. Was very thorough, and talked through every process as he was doing it. Personal chat about his life and mine was a lovely touch, and he seemed generally interested. He is definitely a people person. A pleasure to have him as my doctor, and to have met him. Incredibly professionals and knowledgeable.
